If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
 
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your items must be returned in the original packaging with booklet.

Please provide us with the name of the courier and the tracking number when returning your N-Pro or ProPadz purchase. We are not responsible for any return item lost in transit.

Refunds and Shipping
You must cover the cost of return shipping if

  1. You have changed your mind
  2. You have ordered the wrong size. Please double check how to calculate the correct size before proceeding to checkout.

Refunds due to change of mind or wrong size will be exclusive of delivery charges.  $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of initial shipping and restocking costs.

Sports Pro Tech will cover the cost of the return shipping if your N-Pro is damaged or faulty or we have mistakenly sent you the wrong size.

Where your product is damaged or faulty you will be issued a full refund inclusive of initial delivery charges. We will require pictures to be emailed on the same day you have signed for your delivery.  
 
Returning an item to change the size
Where an item has been returned because you chose the incorrect size and wish to swap for another size, shipping charges will be applied for the 2nd delivery. These charges will vary, depending on your suburb but will be a minimum of $15.

Returned orders due to an incorrect address.

Where your purchase has been returned because you gave an incorrect address you will be liable for the cost of the return plus the cost of processing and shipping the order a second time. The redelivery charges will vary, depending on your suburb but will be a minimum of $15.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you based upon your method of payment. You should receive a refund within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

N-Pro Headgear - Intended Use

N-Pro is intended to be used by Rugby/Australian Rules players, to provide head protection from non-penetrating direct impacts. The intent is to reduce the risk of mechanical injury to the areas of the head it covers, that may occur during training and/or match scenarios, without compromising the form or appeal of the game.

The product can be worn by players at all playing levels who have a risk of non penetrating, mechanical impacts to the head. It does not protect the neck, face, or jaw regions.

Indications for use

It is intended that this device will be used when a player is engaged in training and/or match scenarios for the duration of play.

• The product protects the regions of the skull it covers, it does not protect neck, face, or jaw regions.

• Players must continue to abide by the rules of the game and should not deliberately misuse the product. User compliance is required e.g. Deliberate misuse - i.e. deliberate striking of the head that is not accidental. It is not designed or indicated for penetrative impacts e.g. an object penetrating through the product.

• Always replace an N-Pro if it becomes damaged. This is to ensure the safety of the user.

Instructions for Use

• Assistance may be necessary for players with difficulty interpreting the instructions.

• Individuals with pre-existing neurological conditions (e.g. epilepsy, pre-existing brain trauma, history of multiple concussions) should consult with a doctor or physician prior to using their N-Pro.

• Prior to using their N-Pro, the player must register their unique Serial Number to activate their product warranty.

• The individual serial number for this product is on the inside of this product denoted by the symbol above. This step is to be completed here

• Your N-Pro should be replaced 30 months on from its purchase date.

• We will be in contact with you with a reminder prior to the expiration date of the product. This is tracked through your registered unique serial number.

What Size Should I Order?

 

N-Pro is available in 5 sizes: MC - Medium Junior, LC - Large Junior, S - Small Senior, M - Medium Senior, L - Large Senior

It is very important that you choose the correct size of your N-Pro so that the head guard functions correctly and offers the best level of protection possible. Follow the instructions below to ensure that you select the right size:

Place a measuring tape around the head at eyebrow level, and measure the circumference of the head. Choose which size is suitable for you from the table below. If your head circumference is between sizes, select the larger size

Fitting Instructions

  • Step 1

    Place the N-Pro onto the head and ensure the device sits securely

  • Step 2

    Ensure that ears are located in each aperture and that there is no hindrance to the user’s peripheral vision.

  • Step 3

    To firmly secure your N-Pro, pass the fastening strap through the loop and pull securely under the chin. If the strap is restricting movement, then the strap must be loosened.

  • Step 4

    Adjust the laces on the back of your N-Pro by pulling each one evenly and firmly tying at the back and base of the head. Ensure that your N-Pro fits comfortably on the head.

How to Care For & Store Your N-Pro

  • CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    • Do not machine wash

    • Cold hand wash only

    • Do not use bleach or detergent

    • Do not tumble dry

    • Do not iron

  • STORAGE

    • N-Pro should be stored at room temperature.

    • If wet, allow it to air dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.

    • Keep away from heat or radioactive source.
